   1. HOW TO ENTER: Taste of Home – Get Grilling Instant Win Game ("Game") starts 5/4/09 at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and ends 6/26/09 at 11:59:59 P.M, ET ("Game Period"). Visit www.grilling.tasteofhome.com ("Website"), and register by entering and submitting all of the requested information, e.g., your first and last name, valid email address, complete street address, date of birth, home phone number and answering the survey questions. Regardless of the email address you use, you may only play the Game (sometimes referred to as "Game Play") once each day throughout the Game Period unless you have received an additional opportunity(ies) to play the Game (See Rule 3 below). A day will be deemed to start at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET of a calendar day. The computer of eMarketing Inc ("eMarketing"), the independent web design agency administering this Promotion, shall be deemed to be the official Promotion clock.
   
   2. INSTANT WIN GAME: (A) HOW TO PLAY: After you have successfully registered, you will receive on-screen instructions on how to play the Game. Each day during the Game Period that you log on to the Website, you will receive one (1) opportunity to play the Game that day. (NOTE: You can receive up to fifteen (15) additional opportunities to play the Game throughout the Game Period by either referring a friend or as alternately provided for in Rule 3 below. After you play the Game, you will be immediately notified if you are a potential Game Prize Winner, pending verification of your Game Play. In order for your Game Play to be a potentially winning Game Play, it must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by PrizeLogic, or if no Game Play has occurred at that exact time, it must be the Game Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. Winners of a Game Prize are not eligible to win more than one (1) Game Prize during the Game Period; however, they can return to the Website to play the Game for an opportunity to be awarded a Discount Code. A participant in the Game is not eligible to receive more than (1) Discount Code throughout the Game Period. All winning Game Prize winners and Discount Code recipients are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by eMarketing whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. (B) GAME PRIZES: A maximum of Ninety Nine (99) Game Prizes, as described below, are available to be won throughout the Game Period: PRIZE (9): Nine Grand Prize Winners will each receive a Weber® Genesis® EP-320™ gas grill in Brick Red or Steel Grey (ARV: $949 each). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Approximate odds of winning: 1 in 11,112. Each potential Grand Prize Winner, or his/her parent/legal guardian if potential Game Prize Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including, without limitation, providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) and a Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by state law, by the return date specified in the prize notification letter. Additionally, each Grand Prize Winner will receive a Form 1099 in the amount of the actual value of the Prize, as required by law; Prize (60): Sixty (60) First Prize Winners will each receive a package of four (4) six (6) ounce Omaha Steaks Filet Mignons (ARV: $103.98 each). Approximate odds of winning: 1 in 1,667. Approximate odds of winning: 1 in 3,334. NOTE: Regardless of the Prize won, Prizes are not redeemable for cash and they are not transferable or substitutable, except by Reiman Media Group Inc. (“Sponsor”) with one of equal or greater value. All costs and expenses, including any federal, state or local taxes, are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Winners will be asked to confirm/correct their personal information prior to mailing of their Game Prize. Game Prize will be mailed to verified Game Prize Winners within 6-8 weeks of verification of winning. If a Grand Prize Winner fails to return the properly executed required documents within the stated time period specified by Sponsor or if any Prize is returned as undeliverable, the respective Prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to another potential winner. Discount Code must be used in compliance with its terms and conditions as stated at www.omahasteaks.com and as allowed by law. All costs and expenses other than those expressly included herein are solely each Discount Code recipient’s responsibility. Only one (1) Discount Code Offer per person or household address regardless of email. In no event will more Discount Codes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that due to technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors, there are more potential recipients of a Discount Code Offer than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the Discount Code Offer recipients.

You must have an existing personal relationship with these referred friends and think they would be interested in learning about how to register and participate in the Game. At such time as your referred friend registers and plays the Game, you will be notified via an email that you have received a unique code that you may use for an additional opportunity to play the Game. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, typographical or technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any web site(s).    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Game; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Game. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Game will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Game will be collected and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Game as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policies as stated at www.tasteofhome.com/Help/Info-Privacy Policy.
   
   7. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By accepting a Prize or a Discount Code Offer, each Game Prize Winner and each Discount Code recipient agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, world wide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
   
   8. RELEASE: By participating in this Game, each participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor & Others from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game, or arising out of participation in any Game-related activity, or the receipt, use or misuse, of any Game Prize or Game Prize related activity or Discount Code.
   
   9. GENERAL: By participating in this Game, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. The decisions of eMarketing and/or Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Game. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due, late, lost, counterfeited, illegible or tampered entries/mail. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any and all disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the State of New York exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of New York. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of New York and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of New York. All federal, state, and local laws apply. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Void in PR and where prohibited by law.
